Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use Prizefighter. Use by anyone under 13 is strictly prohibited. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and will delete accounts found to be used by children under 13.

If you are between 13 and 17:

1. Age Self-Attestation & Parental Consent: By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you have obtained permission from your parent or legal guardian to use the Service. Prizefighter does not independently verify parental consent and relies on this self-attestation in good faith. Any misrepresentation of your age or parental consent status shifts full liability to you and/or your parent or guardian.
2. Restrictions:
   • You cannot post links to Mature Content platforms. This is enforced automatically at the server level.
   • You cannot access monetization features reserved for adults (18+).

Parents and guardians of Minor users are advised that by permitting their child to use the Service, they accept responsibility for the Minor's activity on the platform. See Section 11 (Indemnification) for details.

Users 18 and older have full access to features, including monetization and Mature Content linking, subject to our Community Guidelines.

To use Prizefighter, you must provide accurate information, including a valid email and your true Date of Birth. Prizefighter relies on the Date of Birth you provide in good faith for age verification. Falsifying your age to bypass safety restrictions is a material breach of these Terms and will result in an immediate permanent ban.

You are responsible for safeguarding your password. You accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. Prizefighter will never ask for your password via email.

You may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts to evade bans, manipulate metrics, or bypass age restrictions is prohibited.

We use automated systems (including Google Safe Browsing and AI analysis) to scan all links added to profiles. We reserve the right to block any link we deem unsafe or inappropriate.

• Minors (13–17): Links to Mature Content platforms are automatically blocked at the server level.
• Adults (18+): Links to Mature Content are permitted but tagged accordingly. A mandatory click-through disclaimer is applied to protect visitors.

You may not link to:

• Phishing or malware sites.
• Pornographic "Tube" sites (e.g., Pornhub) or anonymous upload sites (e.g., Erome).
• Illegal gambling or unregulated crypto casinos.

You retain ownership of the content (text, images, links) you post ("User Content").

By posting User Content, you grant Prizefighter a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service.

Termination of License: This license ends when you delete your content or close your account. Backup copies may be retained for up to 90 days for technical recovery purposes, after which they are permanently deleted.

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on Prizefighter infringes your copyright, please send a takedown notice to dmca@prizefighter.app with the subject line "DMCA Notice." Include: (1) identification of the copyrighted work, (2) location of the infringing material on our platform, (3) your contact information, and (4) a statement of good faith belief.

Note to Fighters: Broadcasting rights for fight footage often belong to the promotion (UFC, ONE, etc.). Uploading footage you do not own may result in a takedown request from the rights holder.

Prizefighter uses Stripe to process payments. If you use monetization features, you agree to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement and Stripe Services Agreement, as modified by Stripe from time to time.

Monetization features are strictly limited to users 18 years or older. Accounts belonging to Minors that are found to be using monetization features will have those features disabled and the account suspended pending review.

You are solely responsible for reporting and paying all applicable taxes on income earned through Prizefighter.

You may delete your account at any time via your account settings.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you:

1. Violate these Terms.
2. Falsify your age.
3. Upload illegal content (CSAM, malware).
4. Expose Prizefighter to legal liability.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Your User Content will be deleted after a reasonable grace period, except where retention is required by law. Backup copies may persist for up to 90 days, after which they are permanently deleted.

PRIZEFIGHTER IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRIZEFIGHTER TECHNOLOGIES LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100) OR (B) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS.

Prizefighter is not liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including service outages from infrastructure providers (Vercel, Supabase, Stripe), natural disasters, cyberattacks, or government actions.

Before filing a claim, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting legal@prizefighter.app. We will attempt to respond within 30 days.

You and Prizefighter agree to resolve any claims relating to these Terms or the Service through final and binding arbitration, except as set forth in Section 12F (Exceptions to Arbitration) below.

You may decline this agreement to arbitrate by emailing legal@prizefighter.app within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.

YOU MAY ONLY RESOLVE DISPUTES WITH US ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS. YOU MAY NOT BRING A CLAIM AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.

If you are a parent or guardian who has permitted a Minor to use the Service, you agree to be bound by this Arbitration Agreement and Class Action Waiver for any claims arising from the Minor's use of the Service.

The following disputes are excluded from binding arbitration:

• Either party may seek emergency injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending arbitration.
• Either party may bring claims in small claims court if the dispute qualifies under that court's jurisdictional limits.
• Prizefighter may pursue claims related to intellectual property infringement in any court of competent jurisdiction.
